Pioneer Competition — Official Rules
RydMatch is awarding 25 Pioneer memberships (numbers 76-100) across four competitions. Five Pioneer slots are reserved for special guests and are not part of these competitions.
What is a Pioneer Member?
Pioneer Members are the first 100 riders to join RydMatch. They receive Lifetime Premium access — all current and future premium features at no cost, for as long as their early access remains active. Pioneer status is permanently tied to the member number and displayed on their profile.
The Four Competitions
Competition 1: Tag a Rider
Pioneer #76-80How to enter: Follow @rydmatch on Instagram, tag 3 riding friends in the competition post comments, and share the post to your Instagram story.
Winner selection: 5 winners selected at random from all valid entries.
Competition 2: Best Ride Photo
Pioneer #81-85How to enter: Post your best ride photo on Instagram, tag @rydmatch, and use the hashtag #RydMatchPioneer. Photos must be your original work.
Winner selection: 5 winners based on engagement (total likes + comments) at the close of the competition period.
Competition 3: Dream Route Challenge
Pioneer #86-90How to enter: Use the RydMatch app to plan your dream route with start point, destination, and waypoints. Share a screenshot of your route on Instagram tagging @rydmatch with #RydMatchPioneer.
Winner selection: 5 winners judged by RydMatch on creativity, route quality, and scenic appeal.
Competition 4: Why I Ride
Pioneer #91-95How to enter: Submit a 200-300 word story or a 60-second video about what riding means to you. Email your entry to hello@rydmatch.com or DM @rydmatch on Instagram.
Winner selection: 5 winners chosen by RydMatch for the most inspiring and authentic entries.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Open to riders aged 18 and over (16 and over for bicycle-only users). Entrants must have a valid email address and be able to create a RydMatch account. Employees of RydMatch and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Competition Periods
Each competition runs for approximately two weeks. Exact start and end dates for each competition will be announced on RydMatch's Instagram (@rydmatch) and LinkedIn. All entries must be received before the stated closing date. Times are in GMT+4 (Gulf Standard Time).
3. Prize
Each competition awards 5 Pioneer memberships. Winners receive:
- A unique Pioneer member number (assigned by RydMatch)
- Lifetime Premium access to RydMatch at no cost
- Pioneer badge displayed on their RydMatch profile
Pioneer membership is non-transferable. If a winner's account is deactivated or deleted, the Pioneer slot becomes vacant and may be reassigned at RydMatch's discretion.
4. Winner Notification
Winners will be announced on RydMatch's Instagram and notified via direct message or email within 7 days of the competition closing. Winners must claim their Pioneer slot within 14 days of notification. Unclaimed slots may be reassigned.
5. Content Permissions
By entering any competition, you grant RydMatch a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display your submitted content (photos, route screenshots, stories, and videos) on the RydMatch app, website, and social media channels for promotional and marketing purposes. Credit will be given where reasonably possible.
6. Privacy
Personal data collected during the competition (name, email, Instagram handle) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and awarding prizes. RydMatch's Privacy Policy applies. Entrant data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
7. Disqualification
RydMatch reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Creates multiple accounts to enter
- Uses fake, bot, or purchased engagement (likes, comments, followers)
- Submits content that is not their own original work
- Attempts to manipulate the winner selection process
- Violates these rules or RydMatch's Terms of Service
8. Platform Disclaimer
These competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, LinkedIn, Apple, Google, or any other platform. Participants understand that they are providing their information to RydMatch, not to Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other platform.
9. General Terms
RydMatch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any competition at any time. If a competition is cancelled, remaining Pioneer slots will be awarded at RydMatch's discretion. Decisions of RydMatch regarding all aspects of the competitions are final and binding. These rules are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
